BRUCE, HAGE NAMED CFLPA ALL-STARS

Hamilton, Ontario
–  Tiger-Cats receiver Arland Bruce III and centre Marwan Hage have been named 2010 CFLPA All-Stars.

Bruce finished his second season as a Ticat with 86 receptions for 1,303 yards and eight touchdowns.  He led the league in receiving for a majority of the season until missing most of the final three games due to injury.

Hage was the leader on an offensive line that allowed the fewest amount of quarterback sacks in the league and helped running back DeAndra’ Cobb rush for 1,173 yards.

The CFLPA All-Star team is determined by the players.  The team was voted on by all current members on the eight CFL Member Clubs as well as all positional coaches for each club.  This year, the CFLPA received over 450 ballots that determined the 2010 winners.
