GLENN TO HOST 300 KIDS FROM TIM HORTON CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION CAMP AT FRIDAY’S TICATS GAME
Hamilton, Ontario – Hamilton Tiger-Cats quarterback Kevin Glenn will host 300 kids from the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation’s camp at Friday’s game at Ivor Wynne Stadium against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Glenn has purchased tickets for the group and will meet with them after the game.
Tim Horton Children’s Foundation camp programs are designed to give children the opportunity to experience many positive personal achievements while at camp. This allows them to grow, develop independence, and return home with new found strengths and the courage to achieve the goals they set for themselves. The Foundation has three core programs that serve close to 14,000 children each year.
Glenn has also teamed up with Tim Hortons for KG’s TDs for Kids, a community initiative that will help send kids to camps for every touchdown he generates. For each touchdown he throws or runs for, Tim Hortons local store owners will donate $200 to the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation.
