On Monday, October 12, Offensive Lineman George Hudson invited six kids from the Niagara Peninsula Children’s Centre to enjoy the Thanksgiving game at Ivor Wynne Stadium.
The group arrived at the stadium in style, as the children rolled up to Balsam Avenue in a stretch limo. Once they entered the stadium, each child was given a Ticats t-shirt and hat from the stadium store. After donning their new Black and Gold gear, the group had the opportunity to meet the man responsible for the day. Hudson signed autographs, chatted and took photos with everyone before he headed back into the locker room to prepare for his team’s battle with the Blue Bombers.
After taking in the game from one of the stadium’s luxury suites, the group joined hundreds of other fans on the field for the post-game autograph session.
