Setta Named CFL's Special Teams Player Of The Week

SETTA EARNS CFL SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Hamilton, Ontario – Hamilton Tiger-Cats kicker/punter Nick Setta has been named the CFL’s Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts in the Ticats July 18 win over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. 

Setta connected on three of four field goal attempts from 32, 36 and 42 yards out and added two singles.  The Notre Dame product also punted six times for 316 yards – a 52.7 yards per punt average. 

Setta and his teammates head to Montreal this week to take on the undefeated Alouettes on Thursday, July 23 at Percival Molson Stadium.
