Tiger-Cats Add WR Matt Carter

Hamilton, Ontario – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has signed non-import wide receiver Matt Carter.
 
Carter, a 6-1, 199-pound native of Kelowna, British Columbia was selected by the B.C. Lions in the first round (5th overall) of the 2009 CFL Canadian Draft.  Carter was a four-year AUS All-Star at Acadia, where he recorded caught 153 passes for 1,962 yards and 14 touchdowns in 30 career CIS games.
