Hamilton, Ontario –– The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have teamed up with Cogeco Cable and Cable 14 to present Ticats fans with a live broadcast of the team’s final pre-season game against the Toronto Argonauts on June 23 at 7:00 p.m.
‘CFL Live: Cogeco Kick-Off’ will feature play-by-play announcer Todd Crocker, colour commentator Don Edwards and former Ticat Mike Morreale in the booth while Dana McKeil will report from the field.
Beginning at 7:00 p.m., the game will air live throughout the Cable 14 viewing area in Hamilton and Haldimand as well as the entire TVCogeco Golden Horseshoe area; Burlington, Fort Erie, Milton, Niagara Falls, Oakville and St. Catharines.
Many other TVCogeco systems in Ontario will also carry live, tape-delay or joined-in-progress broadcasts of the game. These systems include Belleville, Chatham, Cornwall, Kingston, North Bay, Peterborough, Sarnia, Smiths Falls and Windsor.
The game will be repeated in Hamilton and Haldimand on June 24 at 12:00 p.m., June 25 at 8:00 p.m. and June 26 at 7:00 p.m.
“Cogeco and Cable 14 are excited to once again bring Cats fans a first glimpse of the team that will take the field for another exciting CFL season,” said Cable 14 General Manager Brent Rickert.
The Ticats preseason debut will also be broadcast on the team’s flagship radio station AM 900 CHML and simulcast on Y108.
