Hamilton Tiger-Cats offensive lineman Peter Dyakowski proudly participated in the 8th Annual Kyle Hoult Memorial Food Drive at the Neighbour-to-Neighbour food bank in Hamilton on Monday.
This annual food drive takes place throughout the month of March in memory of Kyle James Hoult who passed away on March 29, 2001 at the age of 14 years from Leukemia.
Kyle’s wish, at the tender age of six, when he was first diagnosed with leukemia was that “no child should go hungry”. Throughout his illness he would visit the food bank regularily with food donated from various groups, companies, friends and family. The support from these individuals gave him strength to face his struggle with courage and determination. The Hoults would like every individual who supported this memorial over the years, to know that your continued support is greatly appreciated.
The Hoult family invites you to help remember their son and brother again this year. Food and monetary donations can be dropped off by the public at the Neighbour-to-Neighbour food bank, located at 28 Athens St in Hamilton (905-574-1334).
