CFL Awards: Jordan Williams takes home Most Outstanding Rookie award

BC Lions LB Jordan Williams had an incredible rookie season in 2021, finishing second in the CFL with 92 tackles. 2020's 1st overall pick was recognized as the Most Oustanding Rookie.
