REGINA — Zach Collaros has gone to the Riders’ locker-room after suffering an injury vs. the BC Lions on Saturday night in Regina.

According to TSN’s Claire Hannah, Head Coach Chris Jones has confirmed that Collaros will not return in the second half for ‘precautionary reasons’.

The Riders’ quarterback exited after taking a hit from Lions defensive end Odell Willis. Willis was penalized 15 yards on the play following a successful challenge by Jones.

In at quarterback for the Roughriders is Brandon Bridge, who looks to help his team clinch a home playoff spot and also stay in the running for a division title.

Running back Tre Mason also left the game for the Riders and limped to the locker-room.
