Which touchdown celebration was best through Week 6?

The Hippo reigns supreme.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are victorious once again thanks to their creative Hippo celebration. 58 per cent of you liked it better than Edmonton Eskimos running back Jordan Robinson’s LeBron chalk toss.

This week, The Hippo goes head-to-head with Calgary Stampeders receiver Kamar Jorden and his party in the end zone.

First, let’s get a quick reminder of The Hippo.

At the start of the second quarter against the BC Lions, the Bombers were on the BC four yard line. Andrew Harris took the direct snap on first down and rumbled into the end zone where he began the celebration and his teammates joined in.

My buddy and colleague, Don Landry, tweeted at the Bombers asking what we were all thinking:

And the Bombers responded with this:

And so this celly was dubbed, The Hippo. Incredible.

Now on to The Hippo’s competitor.

I love when Kamar Jorden scores touchdowns (and not only because he gives me fantasy points).

Every single time Jorden crosses into the end zone, he dances. Every. Single. Time. Party in the end zone anyone?

For the purposes of this article, I’ll use last week’s major score against the Montreal Alouettes but I promise you if you look back at all of Jorden’s three touchdowns this season – or any of his six last year – he’ll be groovin’ after he scores.

The dancing happened with just over 12 minutes left in the second quarter. Bo Levi Mitchell tossed a dart to Jorden who ran in for the 30-yard score. And then, right on cue, the party started.

Which touchdown celebration do you like better? Andrew Harris and the Bombers’ Hippo or Kamar Jorden and his party in the end zone? Have your say below!
