The motto goes “work hard, play hard” and during the dog days of training camp, teams have to embrace this mentality.
Just ask the BC Lions.
The Leos were spotted crashing a local aquafit class yesterday after practice finished early. Some of them even looked like they may secretly be aquafit veterans. Not sure if this is both working hard and playing hard but it definitely seems like a good time and a great way to beat the heat!
