MONTREAL — According to a report by the Montreal Gazette‘s Herb Zurkowsky, quarterback Darian Durant is day to day with a lower-body injury.
That could leave the Alouettes without their starting quarterback for Friday’s Week 15 clash with the Calgary Stampeders at McMahon Stadium.

Durant, 35, threw for 231 yards and three interceptions on 25-of-38 passing in Week 14 vs. the Argos, a 33-19 loss. In his first season with the Als, the former Roughriders pivot has struggled, throwing 14 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. The Alouettes, meanwhile, have lost six straight games and eight of their last nine.
If Durant can’t practise on Wednesday, Drew Willy is likely to get the starting nod for the Alouettes. Willy, 30, was signed by the Als following his release by the Argos this off-season. He’s completed 22 of 31 attempts this season for 217 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions.
