TSN CFL Fantasy: Who won Week 12?

Did you take C.J. Gable last week?

Because if you did, that meant you had the week’s highest scoring running back in your lineup. Gable had two touchdowns and over 100 all-purpose yards in his team’s win – good for 22.2 points.

Big Dog had Gable in their lineup last week, helping to push them to the top of the TSN CFL Fantasy.

Big Dog also started Matt Nichols (28.6 points) at quarterback in Week 12. Nichols tossed three touchdowns and 282 yards in the Banjo Bowl win whoile also calling his own number twice for 53 yards. The other Bomber in Big Dog’s lineup was Clarence Denmark (18.5 points), who caught two of Nichols’ TD passes. The wideout also had five catches for 96 yards, one rush for 15 yards and three return yards.

Big Dog’s other running back was the bargain back Kienan LaFrance (13 points) who rushed 12 times for 49 yards and one touchdown in place of the injured Cameron Marshall. LaFrance also caught two passes for 21 yards.

Picking Roughriders receivers has been a safe choice over the past few weeks and Week 12 was no exception. Big Dog picked Naaman Roosevelt (16.2 points) and Duron Carter (17.2 points) who each had a touchdown. Roosevelt caught four passes for 102 yards and Carter caught two for 96 yards while also rushing once for 15 yards.

And finally, Big Dog took the BC Lions defence that added 17 points to their total. The Lions D allowed just 18 points while also recording two sacks, two fumbles and one touchdown.
