Henry Burris adjusting to life as a “rookie” television co-host
20 years later & he’s a rook again.
Henry Burris has been called a bunch of things, a leader, great teammate and most recently, Grey Cup MVP. But something that Henry has not been called in quite sometime (20 years to be specific) is a rookie.
Fresh off retirement, Burris wasted little time getting his face back on the screen. However, this time a helmet is not required, rather a suit & maybe a bit of makeup. Burris is now a TV Co-Host of CTV Morning Live Ottawa.
Although Henry has left football, the game is still clearly part of his life.
“I’m creating a playbook for myself. I’m watching film, I’m watching other shows, other broadcasts. I’m figuring out how they do certain things.”
