WINNIPEG — Back in his home town and his Bombers having won five straight games, Andrew Harris has made a smooth transition from Vancouver to Winnipeg.
In an interview with ‘The Waggle‘, Harris talks about the team’s remarkable early-season turnaround, the growing chemistry among teammates and what it’s like to be around family.
Hosts James Cybulski and Davis Sanchez talked to Harris about returning home in the off-season with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
“There are a lot of people that look up to you and a lot of people looking for big things,” Harris said of those in the community. “When it wasn’t going so well there were a lot of question marks and everyone had the answers on how to fix it.
“I just told people to be patient . . . Now it’s just great that we’re winning and things are rolling and everyone’s really positive about it.”
