WELCOME TO TIM HORTONS FIELD
The Inaugural Concert at Tim Hortons Field is here! The weather forecast is calling for beautiful conditions and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you to our new home on Saturday. Thanks to an overwhelming demand for tickets, we made the decision to open up several hundred more floor and club seats earlier this week. The atmosphere is guaranteed to be exhilarating. We’re now expecting a capacity crowd of close to 20,000 with less than 400 tickets remaining for sale between now and Saturday. In advance of Saturday’s show, we’ve compiled a Concert Update e-mail to educate every guest on the ins and outs of attending an event at Tim Hortons Field.
Remember, gates open at 5 p.m. Kira Isabella takes the stage at 6:15 p.m., followed soon after by the kickoff of the Tiger-Cats vs. Blue Bombers game, which will be broadcast live on a temporary video screen in the South Plaza. Darius Rucker takes his turn at 7:25 p.m., followed by Keith Urban at 9 p.m. The show will go on rain or shine.

PARKING

PARKING – Concert parking is available on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 1 hour after the concert. Every lot will have parking attendants available at all times. For details on specific parking lot locations and prices click here.
ACCESSING THE STADIUM AND GETTING TO YOUR SEAT
TICKET OFFICE – The Ticket Office and Will Call windows (located in the South Plaza off of Cannon St.) will be open at 12 p.m. on Saturday. Whether you’re picking up tickets or looking to purchase seats for future events at Tim Hortons Field, our service team in the Ticket Office will be able to assist you with any ticketing needs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
CASH ONLY EVENT – Cash only at concessions, credit cards will not be accepted. ATM’s will be on-site located in the concourses.
SMOKING POLICY – There is no smoking permitted anywhere within Tim Hortons Field. Guests who wish to smoke may exit into the South Plaza (Cannon St.) or outside of the RedTag.ca Gate (Gate 4) and the Direct Energy Gate (Gate 5) on Beechwood Ave. and may re-enter the stadium with a valid ticket.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE (C.A.T. Team) – Need help locating the washrooms or concessions? Can’t find your seat location? Need assistance getting up the stairs? Our C.A.T Team is here to help you! Look for our C.A.T Team staff in red Tim Hortons Field polo shirts. Guests can also text questions or concerns at any time to Guest Assist at 905-581-9989.

CONCESSIONS & WASHROOMS
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
– Food options will include pizza, hot dogs, salad, snack-foods, popcorn, Old Dutch potato chips , peanuts and candy.
– Refreshing Coke products, Bomb Energy Drink and bottled water.
– Ice cold Molson beer products and Seagram alcoholic beverages.
– There is no food service at field level. Food will be available for purchase in the east and west concourses.
WASHROOMS – Washrooms are available on each concourse throughout the building. Guests sitting in floor seats must take the stairs up to the concourse to use the washroom.
MERCHANDISE
INAUGURAL CONCERT MERCHANDISE – A variety of Keith Urban, Darius Rucker and Kira Isabella merchandise will be available for purchase in the east and west concourses. The official Inaugural Concert at Tim Hortons Field t-shirt will be available for $35 (taxes and fees included).
TIGER-CATS AWAY GAME VIEWING PARTY IN THE SOUTH PLAZA
The Inaugural Concert will feature the Tiger-Cats game LIVE on a large, temporary video screen! Located in the South Plaza, the video screen will play TSN’s broadcast of the Ticats vs. Blue Bombers game live from Winnipeg in its entirety. The first outdoor concert at Tim Hortons Field will now double as the largest viewing party ever for a Ticats game! The game starts at 6:30 p.m. EST, so make sure you grab your friends and head down to Tim Hortons Field early to ‘tailgate’ in the stadium before Darius Rucker and Keith Urban take the stage.
