An occupancy permit for Tim Hortons Field has been issued, meaning that the Labour Day Classic at Tim Hortons Field will kick off as scheduled at 1 p.m. on Monday!
City of Hamilton chief building official Ed VanderWindt has issued the following statement: “We can now confidently assure the public that my staff have conducted a thorough inspection and can confirm that Tim Hortons Field meets all of the safety requirements for this permit under Ontario Building Code.”
