The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have added international defensive back Cornelius Brown and international defensive tackle Myles Wade to the practice roster, the team announced today.
Brown, a 5-11, 198-pound native of Houston, Texas, has previously spent time with the NFL’s Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts and San Diego Chargers. During his NCAA career at UTEP, Brown made 130 tackles and was named MVP of the 2010 Texas vs. The Nation all-star bowl game.
Wade, a 6-1, 300-pound native of Portland, Oregon, spent time with the Seattle Seahawks, Oakland Raiders and BC Lions last season after stints with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the UFL’s Sacramento Mountain Lions in 2012. After attending mini-camp with the Ticats in May, Wade was added to the suspended list before training camp.
