The Tiger-Cats will be out for revenge this Saturday as they tangle with the BC Lions in the second half of their back-to-back series.
The Ticats fell just short of victory last weekend, as quarterback Travis Lulay and the Lions handed the Black and Gold a 29–26 loss. It was the first time in four games that Hamilton’s defence allowed 30 points or more, and they’ll be looking to get back to the stingy form which saw them force six turnovers in a two-game sweep of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. A win would put the Ticats in a temporary tie for first in the East, and bring them closer to a playoff berth.

A TRIBUTE TO OUR ROOTS
The Tiger-Cats will wear uniforms inspired by the 1943 Grey Cup champion Hamilton Flying Wildcats on Saturday. Here’s a look back at the Flying Wildcats impressive season…
PLAYERS TO WATCH
WR Bakari Grant
Bakari Grant has required just nine games to set a new career-high for receiving yards in a season (surpassing his previous best of 507 in 2010). Grant needs just one catch on Saturday to set a new career-high for single-season receptions and is on pace to record his first 1,000+ yard receiving season. The third-year Tiger-Cat enters this week ranked sixth in the CFL with 42 receptions for 583 yards and a touchdown.
LB Marc Beswick
Canadian linebacker and special teams ace Marc Beswick is currently tied for the league lead with 14 special teams tackles. Since the bye week, Beswick has had at least two special teams tackles in three of four games.
LB Simoni Lawrence
Simoni Lawrence has been a solid fixture at Will linebacker for the Tiger-Cats since taking over the reigns in week 8 at Winnipeg. Since becoming a starter, Lawrence has recorded 18 defensive tackles in the last three games, posting two seven tackle games.
