The Lions have played their best football at home this season thanks in large part to their league leading defence.

The Lions defence has limited opposing team’s offence success in all facets of the game but most notably through the air.

The Leos ‘D’ has allowed the fewest yards passing per games (213.8), the lowest completion percentage against (61.3), the fewest amount of yards per completion (7.0) and passing touchdowns (9).

Additionally, the Lions defence is tied for second in the CFL  with 21 takeaways, nine of which have been by interception.
