The Tiger-Cats have signed import receiver Justin Hilton, the team announced today.
Hilton attended training camp with the Ticats last month after previously spending time with the NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals. He caught 40 passes for 684 yards and seven touchdowns with Indiana State in 2012.
