The Ticats have signed import kick returner Tavoy Moore.
Moore attended training camp with the Edmonton Eskimos earlier this month after finishing his collegiate career at Central Washington. The 5-6, 192-pound native of Long Beach, California returned 17 punts for 219 yards and 17 kickoffs for 418 yards with the Wildcats in 2012.
