The Final Season of Ivor Wynne Stadium presented by Tim Hortons continues this Saturday, as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats host the Edmonton Eskimos presented by ArcelorMittal Dofasco. Kickoff takes place at 3 p.m.
The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive paper Ticats helmets courtesy of Findlay Personal Injury Lawyers. After the game, fans are encouraged to join the team on the field for a postgame autograph session.
A packed halftime will feature a MMA demonstration by Kitchener Kicks martial arts, Evolution martial arts, Waterloo Kung Fu and Sealy Karate, the kickoff of United Way’s fundraising season and an homage to former Tiger-Cats receiver Terry Evanshen.
The gameday experience begins at the Beechwood Pre-Game Party. Beginning at 1 p.m., the Ticats will shut down Beechwood Avenue for a streetfest full of inflatable games, great food and more. The first 5,000 fans through the gates will receive a Stirling Print Solutions game roster/poster of kicker Luca Congi with a donation to the Salvation Army. As fans exit the stadium after the game, they’ll be treated to product samples from Vaseline Men.
