TIGER-CATS LAND DB MILT COLLINS IN TRADE WITH CALGARY
Hamilton, Ontario – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has acquired import defensive back Milt Collins and a fifth-round pick in the 2013 CFL Canadian Draft from the Calgary Stampeders in exchange for the rights to non-import LB Jadon Wagner and a fourth-round draft pick in 2013.
Collins, a 6-1, 180-pound native of New Orleans, Louisiana, recorded 86 defensive tackles, eight interceptions, three forced fumbles and three quarterback sacks in 47 games over four seasons with the Stampeders. He captured a Grey Cup ring with Calgary in 2008.
